Order Processing:

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day after the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

South Indian states: 3-4 working days.

North Indian states: 4-6 working days.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹499

If the order is returned due to rejection by the customer, incomplete address, or incorrect phone number, the customer is responsible for the reshipping charges.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

If the order is returned due to customer rejection, incomplete address, or incorrect phone number, the customer must pay for shipping, and no refund or cancellation will be accepted.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only for shipping damage, expired products, wrong items sent, or manufacturing defects.

To claim a replacement, a compulsory uninterrupted video unboxing of the product is necessary.

Returns are not accepted if the product is opened, used, or not in its original packaging.

Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Post 3 days, no claims will be accepted.

If the return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup and send you a replacement.

Refund Policy

Refund Conditions:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless the product is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the order.

Refunds are not provided for:

Allergic reactions to the product.

Error in the address input.

Inability to comprehend the product.

Complaints raised after 7 days of receiving the product.

Not liking the taste.

Non-compliance with product usage instructions.

Refund Process:

Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the order.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.

COD Orders:

The advance payment made for COD orders will not be refunded once the order is dispatched, regardless of cancellation, incorrect address, or incorrect phone number. This payment covers only one-time shipment.
